hair - deep condition your hair or use a hair mask. then blow dry upside down and straighten for volume. if you can go to an actual spa, get some highlights, a blow out, and an end trim. 

body - work out for about 30 minutes, you can do yoga, cardio, or go for a run. drink 8 glasses of water. and moisturize&amp;shave thoroughly.
