Good UK Hotel located for Walks and spa/beauty therapies?

Posted on Saturday, December 19th, 2009 at 4:04 am

Thinking of booking a short break to a UK hotel from where you can take conveniently located, organised countryside walks. I would also like the hotel to have good facilities for relaxation, spa, beauty treatments etc. We would be taking our 1 year old daughter with us – Any recommendations please ?

Hi – take a look at the Enjoy England website, for beautiful rural destinations and quality assessed places to stay.

The variety of landscapes in England make perfect conditions for exploring the country on foot. Take your pick from relaxing woodland strolls to more strenuous mountainous terrain – try our Great Walking Destinations guide for more inspiration:

You can also search from a wide range of amazing country hotels (including spas) all over England:

Why not explore the magnificent scenery and unrivalled beauty of the Yorkshire Wolds. You can find spa accommodation close to this area, from £74 a night:

Middlethorpe Hotel & Spa, is a National Trust property dating back to 1699. The spa is set in 25 acres of parkland and close to the medieval city of York and the Yorkshire Wolds:

Great way to pamper yourself is to have a good massage and cheap spa days at great spa resorts somewhere in the UK. Nothing to worry about the expenses you’ll surely live with it, not spending too much, but having an absolute spa experience, check http://www.spaandpampering.com/spa-break-locations.html
