Rinse out your quinoa and program to dip it for about twelve hours, give or get. Dip it from the volume of h2o named for in your recipe, normally two areas water for one portion quinoa. Overnight soaking works properly. Soaking the quinoa within the early morning as you prepare for your evening meal works effectively as well.
