Need my body skin to be in tip top condition for the weekend. You know the sort of things, creams, lotions, gels, exfoliating, scrubs. PLEASE I need advice quickly!

You can use this all over your body for exfoliation

Get some sea salt, olive oil and pure lavender oil, mix these together and you can use this mixture to exfoliate your skin all over your body, including your face. I usually do this in the shower and scrub my skin and rinse with warm water. Afterwards I add a lotion or thick body cream to my skin.

Make sure you drink plenty of water.

Yes you can. The good bye cellulite program is just exercise and that lotion, which you are suppossed to excersise with the alli diet pills anyways. I think it’s a great combination.

If in the world there is a beauty shop that provides spa and beauty services located in the hospital that be cater to the nurses and patient and doctors and exceutive do you think it will be wonderful? Please give some feedback and comment…

Sounds like a good idea. You might even be able to arrange some services in rooms with recovering patients who want to look their best for themselves and visitors. No doubt this would require hospital board approval and a site location.

I saw an add for this program in cosmo magazine and was wondering if anybody has tried it yet? I hate my cellulite and have it pretty bad and I want to reduce it for the summer so I can wear shorts! If this Nivea thing doesn’t work, does anybody know of anything else that does? I already work out so I need some other suggestions. Thanks!

My doctor told me to reduce my caffeine and sugar intake to reduce it. But remember, there’s no cure for cellulite and most people have it at least somewhere!
